Sparks, Nevada is a transportation hub situated at the crossroads of I-80 and I-395. It's also the site of Reno-Tahoe International Airport, making it an ideal location for those seeking employment in the transportation industry.
The City of Sparks offers a variety of public transportation options including buses and shuttles. The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County (RTC) operates over 30 bus routes throughout the city and surrounding areas. In addition, there are several private shuttle companies that provide service to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

Bus Driver – RTC is always looking for qualified individuals to operate their buses. Applicants must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record. Training is provided.
Shuttle Driver – Private shuttle companies are always in need of drivers to transport passengers to and from the airport. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Some companies may require applicants to possess a CDL with passenger endorsement. Training is typically provided by the employer.
Airport Operations Specialist – This position assists with various airport operations including baggage handling, aircraft fueling, ramp control, etc. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience working in aviation or customer service OR two years' experience working in aviation or customer service without a diploma/equivalent.
