Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Correction

The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Kuna, Idaho, United States.

Administer medications and prescribed treatments under supervision.

Provide direct patient care to include gathering vital signs, subjective and objective information, and other services to support patient care.

Coordinate care closely with security staff while maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship

Maintain an ethical commitment to ensure confidentiality within the limits of a correctional environment.

Deliver care in a nonjudgmental/nondiscriminatory manner.

Understand and comply with safety and security rules and regulations of the institution. Experience Required for Your Success1 year work experience as a LPN preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome)Experience in a correctional environment preferred

Must hold valid state LPN license in Idaho

Ability to show current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary

Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) preferred

Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
