Job Summary
Lead solution, design, development and support of Salesforce applications and related initiatives. This position will perform full project and software development life cycles, assist with operational/support concerns. Collaborate with Technology Business Partners, Business, and IT stakeholders to deliver high quality and secure business solutions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
Work with product owners and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce.
Provide application development including integrations, features, bugs and reports
Participate in hands on testing (manual and automated), bug reporting on in-house developed and integrated vendor applications
Support training, documentation and enablement for Salesforce tooling and related services
Perform application releases to production environment following change management procedures
Manage, triage and prioritize incoming user support requests, including operational issues, technical defects, data problems, and data reporting issues.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university or related experience and five to eight years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
10 plus years’ experience in a technical support role, 6 years in a Salesforce development role, supporting Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Shield, SOQL and API’s/Integrations
Experience leading projects and programs across multiple lines of business on technology, process, and data
Experience with i
Paa
S (Integration as a Service), and test automation a plus
Skills
Proactive, self-starter with proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
Ability to participate in and lead in agile projects
Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively and exercise independent judgment in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (technical writing & documentation)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience applying Agile methodology
Data analysis
Excellent customer service skills (Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees)
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power
Point, and Outlook
Experience with SSRS, SSIS
Strong SQL skills. Experience in other computer programming, scripting languages a plus
Basic grasp of API’s and standards (REST, SOAP, OAuth)
Cloud Application Support a plus

$150,000.00to $180,000.00
