Senior Distribution Systems Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Senior Distribution Systems Coordinator, you will coordinate work activities within the retail support center. You will also provide assistance and direction in all areas of inventory and receiving. Job Description

Experience Required:

1 to 3 years;with 1-2years experience in distribution center operations in a unionized environment. Education Desired:

High school diploma or equivalent

Up to 50 pounds

Job Responsibilities

Assist management team with all requests. Assist in coaching and providing TM feedback as needed. Assist with slotting strategies, re-slot selection aisles as needed. Perform all assignments in a safe, respectful manner. Assist department leadership with the unloading and receiving of products.

Create and implement efficient product flow designs. Assist in the monitoring of inventory adjustments and cycle count accuracy. Complete all miscellaneous projects in a timely, accurate manner. Maintain weekly KPI reporting for review by team. Monitor system functions and coordinate work activities of distribution center Team Members.

Research discrepancies in inventory to identify causes and root errors. Check and research any shortages on store orders and inform the management team of all discrepancies. Coordinate training of all new Team Members , as well as cross-training current Team members.

Assist in auditing locations and cycle counting. Advise management of Team Member's conduct and job performance. Assist in the administration of Inventory functions and organize the storage and flow of inventory. Maintain tracking, reporting and filing systems consistent with departmental needs.

Flexibility in scheduling with the availability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime. About Us
