Description Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. has an opportunity for Desktop Support Specialist individual to join our IT Services Team, supporting Members and their staff in the U.S. House of Representatives. Primary Responsibilities

Respond to end user requests as a first line of technical support, gathering information to resolve the issues, and/or assisting others in the resolution of the problem in a timely, accurately, and professional manner.

Install, upgrade, and support all company desktops/laptops/Mac, mobile devices, printers, and other infrastructure.

Ensure all client machines adhere to our standards and security protocols

Administer and support cloud services including but not limited to O365, Zoom etc

Maintain accurate IT Asset Management records.

Provide administrative support to user account creation and maintenance to include granting user permissions, resetting passwords and unlocking accounts.

Maintain desktop images using imaging solutions

Use a best practice approach to provide in-depth and expert knowledge for medium complexity technical areas.

Provide regular communication to management and others, including explanation of practices and methods used.

Obtain and apply knowledge of the customer environment (policies, standards) and technical domain standards (theories, concepts).Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) + years of relevant experience.

Currently have your A+ Certification.

Two (2)+ years of experience providing deskside IT customer support and Active Directory User & Account Administration experience.

Two (2) + years of experience repairing and/or upgrading PC hardware.

Must have two (2) + years of experience enrolling i

OS and Android mobile devices in an enterprise environment utilizing MDM tools.

Must have two (2) + years of experience supporting Windows OS and O365 in an enterprise environment.

Must have 1+ year of experience supporting Macintosh.

Demonstrated work experience supporting VIP/executive level customers and directly interfacing with customer stakeholders.

Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to support occasional after hours/weekend projects or critical support functions (almost all after hours work is performed via telecommute).Ability to successfully obtain a minimum of a Public Trust Waiver prior to your start as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a LDSI U.S.

Please Note:

Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC, 5 days a week 9m-6pm. This is subject to change based on Leidos, customer, and local government policy related to Pandemic Remote Work.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science discipline.

Three (3)+ years of experience providing deskside IT customer support and Active Directory User & Account Administration experience

PC imaging experience

Experience with Remote Secur

ID Access (RSA) technology.

Experience working in a federal government environment.

Target salary is 60

K-65

K annually.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $54,600.00 - $84,000.00 - $113,400.00
