What You Will Be Doing
Location:
9681 Titan Park Cir. Littleton, CO 80125.
Ensure plant team members follow proper company procedures, laws and regulations including safety and quality standards
Hold plant team members accountable to behaviors and expectations, escalating personnel issues to Area Manager to address
Complete required paperwork and reports as needed
Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, environmental, employment, management, and other company policies, procedures, and principles established by government agencies and BURNCO Colorado LLC
Verify each load for yardage, mix, added products and all other quality information
Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Receive and inspect raw materials
Keep required records and logs
Perform routine maintenance and oversee the cleaning of the concrete plant
Monitor inventories in the plant (cement, fly ash, admixtures, and aggregates)
Adjusts batching weights and quantities as necessary to maintain specification
Complete Weekly Plant Inspection
Complete and verification of DVIR reporting before submitting to management.

What We Need From You
Basic computer skills, working knowledge of computer/batching system
Ability to build trust and communicate effectively
Must have quality as a core value and work well as a team player
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Class B Commercial Driver’s License preferred
3-5 years of related experience preferred
Wage Range:
$31.50 and up per hour
