BRIEF DESCRIPTION ($18-24/hr)The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Production Team, Project Managers and Restoration Team to ensure scheduled goals are met. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coordinating and oversight of crews and documentation for maximum project performance.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primarily provides support to Operations “Production Team” and Project Managers/Restoration Superintendents.
  • Creates and prepares subcontractor agreements and invoices, as needed.
  • Obtains appropriate purchase orders from vendors.
  • Tracks equipment and materials.
  • Oversees timecards of the appropriate Ops/recon personnel.
  • Ensures activity and compliance of jobs in progress.
  • Guarantees a proper budget management.
  • Production report management with Production Team.
  • Field Connect report.
  • Exaktime reporting.
  • Ensures the overall TPA program compliance.
  • Permit Expediting administration.
  • Customer satisfaction/surveys.
  • Audits support, when required.

- Ad hoc analysis and reporting. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This role has no direct reports. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and consistent work performance.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in teams and different personality types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Office. Advanced Excel user. EDUCATION:

AA or College degree or equivalent experience preferred
