Reporting to the RN Director, this ER RN Manager will be fully supported by Executive Leaders, Hospital Leadership and staff. This Nursing Leader will oversee a group of experienced RN staff. Many of these nurses have earned their CENs, with the support of ED nursing leadership as well as a Emergency Room Nurse Educator.

The ED Nurse Manager will have ANMsreporting to them.

Overseeing daily unit operations, providing accountability for planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care within the department and serving as the units leader. At an easily commutable facility in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area.
