Associate Director of Operations - RHRP-3 National Group Events

QTC is seeking an Associate Director of Operations of National Group Events on our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3).

Reserve Health Readiness Program – 3 (RHRP-3) provides health readiness support services, such as mental health assessments and post-deployment health reassessments, to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas.

They deliver services by group events and in-clinic individual appointments and by providing call center support.

What part would you play in this mission?

Oversee operational aspects of all Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) group events across the United States and US Territories in order to achieve Quality,Timeliness, and Customer Service goals and objectives. Responsible for attaining financial goals of assigned events.

Collects, analyzes, and prepares operational and financial reports for continuous improvement.

In this rewarding role, you will:

Work with Regional Group Event Managers to ensure up to 300 group events across United States and US Territories are prepared for, and executed to prescribed standards

Ensures assigned locations operate at maximal productivity and efficiency

Coaches, mentors, and trains employees for growth and development opportunities in skill, knowledge and empowerment

Reviews and analyzes event metrics to ensure meeting company goals (e.g., weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.)

Participates in cross-functional team projects at all levels as assigned

Implements policies, procedures, goals and objectives

Participates in annual preparation of budgets

Responsible for ongoing audit of group events to ensure compliance standards are met

Identify, develop, and evaluate performance and training standards

Coordinate corporate and business partner resources to provide near-real time solutions to ensure successful group events

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Must be able to delegate effectively.

You must have:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college required; Master’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum 10 years of experience leading multiple teams/departments and supervision of team managers

Must be able to successfully pass contractually required Federal background check

Contract requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Do

D Common Access Card (CAC)

Preferred to have:

Experience in health related field working with medical professionals preferred

Military medical and group event experience preferred

Budgeting and project planning experience

Typical Day:

Typical work week Wednesday - Sunday to monitor event coordination and execution

Positions is REMOTE

Positions REQUIRES TRAVELtomeet with the client and monitor group events as required

Pay and Benefits:

Pay Range $108

K – $162

K annually
