Job Summary:
The Technical Provider Liaison is responsible for conducting new provider technical orientation including implementation of software, monitoring and performance of providers via teleconferencing tools. Ensure execution of policies and procedures, provider and provider staff education for updates and maintenance of QTC specific tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct new provider technical orientation and re-orientation as needed including implementation, monitoring and performance of providers and business tools
Creates, maintains and delivers training curricula via teleconferencing tools
Responsible for supporting the execution of policies and procedures, provider and provider staff education on workflow training, updates and maintenance on processes and tools specific to QTC
Conduct user acceptance testing as needed for changes to applicable software applications
May provide quality assurance through medical report review and specialty exam reports and provide feedback to providers
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of daily workload, ensure departmental standards are met related to timeliness and accuracy of provider modifications and aid in resolution of administrative issues, concerns or problems
Assist in creating training aids for providers and staff as necessary
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Competencies:
Experience with Windows and Mac platforms and MS Office applications required
Experience with multiple operating systems and web browsers required
Knowledge of web browser/application installations and troubleshooting required
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with providers in person and/or Web
Ex (e.g., unlocking medical records, password resets, etc.)
Basic knowledge and understanding of CRM and/or ticketing systems (e.g. Service Now, Remedy, Jira) strongly preferred
Effectively interface with clients, Operational/Clinic personnel, claimants, and providers on a regular basis
Strong documentation, presentation and communication skills required
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, with a sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated, as well as work in a team environment
Knowledge of training needs assessment and root cause analysis
Ability to quickly learn a variety of systems/software including proprietary
Education and/or Experience:
(includes certificate & licenses)
Software testing experience (user acceptance testing) is a plus
Knowledge of HIPPA and medical terminology is a plus
High School Diploma/GED required
Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
