Position Title:
Skilled Construction Laborer
Position Purpose:
Provide general labor support for multiple construction projects to help ensure timely and safe completion while achieving excellent quality and workmanship.
Principal Accountabilities and Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to perform a variety of trade skills, including:
Placing, installing, and finishing:
o Wood and steel stud framing
o Drywall hang and finish
o Painting
o Wood and HM steel doors
o Door Hardware
o ACT ceilings
o Bath accessories
o Windows
o Siding
o Finish carpentry
o Millwork, countertops, and FFE packages.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Comprehensive knowledge of:
Construction and the different trades
Demonstrated ability to:
Perform each of the functions required for the position.
Consistently follow directions
Perform quality work
Requirements:
