Insp?r Senior Living, Maplewood Senior Living’s new brand of world-class, urban senior living properties, is now hiring Porters for its new Insp?r Carnegie Hill property. Insp?r Carnegie Hill is located on the Upper East Side and stands 23 stories with 215 residential units.

Resident Experience Role:
Provide outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors of residents in the community
Facilitate socialization among residents by creating innovative programs/activities
Invite and/or cue residents to participate in planned activities through resident outreach
Conduct and/or lead a majority of the programs and alternative ensure appropriate personnel is leading the program
Be flexible in work schedule to accommodate special events and evening/weekend programs
Assists with the implementation of special events
Assists with family functions and events
Identify supplies needed for planned experienced
Participate in on-going in-service and training requirements
Follow emergency procedures
Understand and comply with all Insp?r safety practices and procedures
Carries out other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma required
Experience in activity planning with seniors preferred
Experience and interest in working with seniors
Must be creative
Excellent organizational skills
Mature, pleasant, friendly, and cheerful personality
Oral and Written communication and comprehension required
