HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM(Overview & Key Responsibilities):

The Inside Sales Representative position will grow lubricant, chemical and ancillary sales volume & gross margin to exceed objectives for assigned customers.

Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):

Develops and grows sales territory per annual plan

  • Actively builds rapport internally; cross-functional with all internal departments and communicates openly/effectively
  • High level of outbound prospecting over the phone, validating marketing produced leads within CRM/JDE
  • Actively communicates regarding inside sales metrics and YTD status versus those metrics

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

At least 3 years of work experience in inside sales or a sales function; preferably in the petro-chemical industry

Ability for minimal local and regional travel

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Preferred Qualifications):

Knowledge of major supplier (ex:

Mobil, Chevron, Shell)
