As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Security Managers and professional security officers.

Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. $18 / hour Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160

Monday - Friday, 8

AM-4:30

Be at least 21 years of age

Valid Florida Driver's License with 1 year clean record

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines

Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions

Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites

Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
