The Cincinnati Insurance Companies Sales & Marketing Department is looking for a Property & Casualty Headquarters Roving Field Marketing Representative. The field marketing representative manages our relationship with appointed independent agencies.

Many departments at our headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week. Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.â?¯

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Qualification:

Be Equipped With:

have a minimum of 2 years of commercial underwriting experience, more than 3 years is preferred

understand agency management opportunities

demonstrate leadership qualities

highly effective communicator

You've Earned:

bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

other educational accomplishments are considered a plus, such as:

professional selling skills courses

sales field training courses

earning the CIC or CPCU designation
