Critical Care Float RN PM Shift

An exciting opportunity is available for Critical Care Float RN PM shift in coastal New Jersey.

This accredited hospital is known for delivering quality and compassionate care. Services provided include Cardiovascular, neurosciences, oncology, orthopedic, surgery, ICU and obstetrics. The hospital is part of a healthcare system across the county, designed to optimize patient care and resources.

The Critical Care Float RN will utilize critical thinking skills while functioning as a part of the multidisciplinary health care team to coordinate and deliver care to critically ill patients. The RN will float to M/S, PCU, ER and ICU to care for patients, take full assignments, do H&P-assessments, meds, etc; must be flexible to meet the needs of the departments.

The Critical Care Float RN must be a graduate of approved school of professional nursing with one year experience ICU/ED. Courses required include Coronary course and ACLS, PALS, Dysrhythmia, Coronary Care Course within 3 months and Critical Care course within 6 months of hire.
