Supply Quality Engineer

Supply Quality Engineer (Charleston, SC) Review manufacturing specifications to identify materials; assess suppliers; review incoming products from vendors & check quality; manage quality & delivery performance of supplier manufacturing location using LEAN Manufacturing principles; Manufacturing Site Assessments; APQP Assessments; collaborate with others to refine product & process designs using automotive manufacturing tools, e.g.

D & Six Sigma; lead execution of audit activities; ensure relevant governance committees are informed; maintain reports on supplier quality.

Requires:

U.S. MA/MS in Automation Engineering; & 24 months of experience as Product and Quality Engineer; Experience with LEAN Manufacturing principles & Six Sigma and 8

D problem solving. 40 hours/week.
