End Exteriors, a Division of US LBM, Is Seeking a Field Manager for Our Charlotte, NC Market.

How you will spend your day as a Field Manager:

Responsible for overseeing siding installations as well as other builder services connected to the project, ensuring safety, quality and completeness

Partner with builders on installation processes and maintain that relationship

Responsible for ensuring installation per building code.

Responsible for ensuring products installed per manufacturer's best practices.

Oversees assigned builder installations, activities, and crews in the field.

Monitors South

End Exteriors performance with assigned builders and in all communities.

Makes sure that our field operations are performing at a high level and that our crews are meeting South

End Exteriors’ level of quality and safety.

Oversees crews in the field and ensures that they are working within our system to be productive, make our builders’ jobs easier, and continually improve.

Performs routine quality walks on all homes and track each crew’s performance.

Trains crews and enforce South

End’s strict guidelines for safety and compliance while maintaining relationships with the crews.

Regularly check email, text, and phone to stay current on pertinent communication

Field Manager Requirements:

Experience. Experience in residential construction environments (preferred).

Knowledge. Home and construction systems and processes (preferred).

Communication. Strong written and oral communication skills (required).

Travel. Must be willing to travel to local job sites, some over night stays may be required. Must have a valid driver's license.

Education. Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).

Physical Demands. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others.

Excellence. Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match.
