Sr. Full-Stack Developer (On-site)

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Full-Stack Developer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications.

Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.

Charlotte, NC.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

6-9 years of overall experience.

Perform java development activities and build REST API’s that are used by several teams.

Perform POC’s to prove the concepts work.

Represent the team in meetings with other projects.

Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.

Recommend solutions to improve new and existing design.

Participate in Code review meetings.

Monitor Code quality and consistently strive for improvement in that.

Educate staff members through training and individual support.

Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.

Understand and document data flows in and between different systems/applications.

Qualifications

RESTAPI creation.

Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring boot and OKTA integration for API, Swagger.

Front-End experience in Angular.

Ability to create webservices and use them.

Spring boot application build and backend API.

Swagger

UI M&E.

Perform Java development activities and build REST API’s that are used by several teams.
