Fleet Manager - Real Trucking Inc

Real Trucking Inc. is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing a fleet and a background in trucking and logistics.

The Fleet Manager will be responsible for:

• Scheduling and dispatching vehicles and drivers
• Monitoring fleet performance and assessing driver performance
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws
• Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures
• Establishing and monitoring fleet performance metrics
• Managing fleet maintenance and repairs
• Negotiating contracts with vendors
• Managing the budget and expenses related to the fleet

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a proven track record of success in managing a fleet. A valid driver's license is required.
