Staff Accountants:

Examine and analyze accounting record, reconcile with the bank statements and other reports to assess accuracy, completeness of financial statements and compliance with the GAAP. Prepare federal and state income and franchise tax returns for corporation, partnership and limited liability company.

Ensure the tax return compliance with tax regulation, including form 5471 and 5472 forms. Associate degree in Accounting and two years' experience as Accountant or related occupation. Mail resume to Attn:
