Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator SNF

A large Northern Arizona Medical Center is actively seeking a Nursing Administrator to oversee their Skilled Nursing Facility.

The SNF Nurse Director will provide administrative oversight and clinical expertise to two separate locations, both operated by the hospital, onsite the unit has 19 beds and a team of 80 to deliver the highest quality of patient care possible.

The unit housed on the main hospital campus sees higher acuity patients in need of more individualized care, while the satellite unit less than a mile away cares of those who are at lower risk. A Nurse Director is available at the main hospital location to support the Administrator, and there are a number of charge and supervisory nursing staff that will provide support as well.

The Skilled Nursing Administrator will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will work autonomously in terms of day-to-day operations, budgeting, staffing, policy-setting, and strategic planning for the skill nursing facilities.
