Job Summary:
A seasonal finance position whose primary duty is to compile and enter data for the purposes of generating the Daily Operating Report for Six Flags Over Georgia and Six Flags White Water.
Pay Rate:
$17/hr
15-20 Hours Summer
5-10 Hours Spring, Fall, and Winter
ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Record daily attendance and revenues using Park Activity and Freedom POS reports.
Import daily credit card payments and sales from park register terminals from freedom POs
Enter applicable manual sales
Recognize all Fronts Gate sales, Season Pass upgrades, and Voucher redemptions.
Enter Group Sales outing vouchers
Enter applicable Lessee and Vending revenue
Enter daily operating deposits
Enter cashier till adjustments as instructed by internal audit
Make attendance per-cap adjustments PLU maintenance as needed
Maintain proper control of and accurate inventory of various media
Other duties as assigned.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass the math test.
Must possess above-average communication skills.
Must react well in stressful and emergency situations.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Safety conscious.
Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
Willing to actively engage guests.
Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
Requires frequent kneeling, manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.
Requires using the telephone.
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time and as many as 14 hours a day.
Must be able to walk over 3 miles per day over various surfaces.
