Sustainment Integrated Product Support Deputy

Job Description:

ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command’s MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. This position, located at Peterson SFB in Colorado Springs, CO, will support a diverse set of strategic MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.

Duties include:

• Execute Integrated Product Support for all Strategic Space and Command & Control (C2) Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) systems from development to operations and sustainment in support of the Space Systems Command (SSC) MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (MSEIT) contract.

• Execute Lead Logistics Specialist supporting Integrated Product Support for Strategic MILSATCOM Space and C2 systems
• Develop and/or evaluate Integrated Product Support documents
• Execute Integrated Product Support forums
• Travel as required (approximately <5% of time)
• Execute Integrated Product Support tasks directed by supervisor/manager, as needed.
• Maintain awareness of all SMC/CGM programs
• Lead SMC/ECPM Product Support efforts in absence of the MSEIT Integrated Product Support Lead
• Brief SMC/CGM Product Support Manager (PSM) as needed and on a no-notice basis
• Develop Integrated Product Support conclusions, solutions and provide recommendations
• Execute Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) project lead sustainment activities
• Execute Evolved Strategic Satellite Communications (ESS) project lead sustainment activities
• Continue to provide oversight of AEHF International Partners Integrated Product Support requirements
• Continue to provide oversight of AEHF Mission Planning Subsystem Integrated Product Support requirements
• Continue to provide oversight of AEHF Mobile Constellation Control Station (MCCS) Integrated Product Support requirements
• Continue to provide oversight of AEHF Protected Key Management Architecture (PKMA) Integrated Product Support requirements
• Assist in Integrated Product Support Management
• Manage Sustaining Engineering
• Manage Design Interface Management
• Manage Supply Support Management
• Manage Maintenance Planning & Management
• Manage Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation
• Manage Technical Data management
• Manage Training and Training support
• Manage Facilities and Infrastructure modifications
• Manage Information Technology Continuous Support and Cybersecurity Management
• Manage Support Equipment Management
• Assist in Manpower & Personnel Management

- Provide Subject Matter Expertise for:

planning; requirements development; space acquisition; operations & maintenance; test & evaluation; transitions to operations & support; communications development; financial management; program history; risk, issue, & opportunity management; safety; schedules; security; architectures; and studies.
