BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales business for the office, playing a key role in Blu
Sky Restoration’s growth. This position will also be responsible for the overall implementation and management of all strategic and operational Sales activities developed by the National Sales Leadership Team. Base Salary Range is $120,000 - $130,000
Bonus Potential 20%
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPROFITABILITY

BALANCED SALES FOCUS & EXECUTION
This position is expected to have full engagement in all aspects of the sales process as a manager and leader.
Responsible for working with their Regional Sales Director, Marketing, BD, PD, estimating and contract execution
Success is achieved through driving the defined sales process through coaching and accountability with target lists, sales activity and engagement in other marketing and sales functions.
Full engagement in the pricing and execution of our largest sales including estimate and margin reviews and strategy meetings with the project team to drive the closing of a sale.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Manager responsible for staffing within office for all sales related positions in partnership with their Regional Sales Director.
Training to and managing to Blu
Sky Best Practices.
Responsible for running the weekly sales meeting within office
Weekly sales projections and forecasting
Reporting and updating the Sales Leadership on a regular and ongoing basis and prep for dashboard reporting for Tuesday office meetings.
Accountable for final month end and year-end sales results
Driver of the CRM system and overall sales process outlined by Sales Leadership
Support Best Practices in navigating sales splits for office Business Development Managers and Project Directors within and between regions
This position is intended to have significant partnership and collaboration with the Office Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Director to drive sales goal achievement within office location.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position directly manages and oversees all sales positions within the local office including Business Development, Project Directors, and Project Estimators
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leadership/management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing (at least 3 years of experience within the restoration or construction industry preferred)
