The Role

We’re seeking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Finance Transformation Consulting practice. We are looking for people who are passionate about transformations, want to make an impact, and love working together to deliver flawless results for end-clients.

You will use your expertise you’ve gained over the years to support our clients to improve their business capabilities by providing end-to-end transformation advisory services that accomplish measurable business values and benefits in operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Consult with our client partners facilitating finance strategy development, operating model design, process improvement.

Analyze various client’s finance systems to design consolidated/harmonized processes.

Draft the Future State Enterprise landscape; develop business cases for future roadmap.

Work with clients partners to assess their capabilities and identify pain points.

Perform analysis and come up with recommendations with guidance from the senior project members.

Work with clients facilitating and implementing automation and innovation across the finance spectrum.

Work closely with finance systems to help solving the most complex business and technology challenges.

Collaborate cross-functionally within the Cognizant Consulting practice to bring a clear vision together for our clients across multiple Practice Groups.

Qualifications

3 – 8 + years of experience in Management Consulting, preferred in a Big 4 or similar environment.

Finance process knowledge on AR/AP/GL/FA/Financial Consolidation.

Functional expertise in relevant ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc., is a plus.

The ability to engage effectively with high-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, in fast-paced and demanding environment.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working; the ability to exercise humility with confidence and demonstrate leadership and professionalism at all times.

Willingness to travel when needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or related field.
