WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING
Lead a team comprising process technicians and engineers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute optimal manufacturing processes for novel product lines.
Main Responsibilities:
Leadership and coaching a team of process technicians and engineers responsible for developing new product processes.
Responsible for staff within process engineering team, ensuring product development success by supervising team members, providing technical expertise, clarifying assignments, appropriately allocating samplings, and collaborating with product development teams to balance resources and workload.
Responsible for establishing process parameters to meet specifications and develop scalable manufacturing processes for new products.
Develop and implement process validation plans and protocols to ensure compliance with ALPLA standards for new product processes.
Continuously improve and optimize existing processes to enhance quality and increase efficiency.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during new product launches and analyze process data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Communicate progress and status updates to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Manage budgeting for TC Process Technics and ensure adherence to target agreements.
Leadership on conflict resolution (bottle necks, resources, challenges), collaborate within the TC, select suitable team members, and promote individual employee development within the Process Technics community.
What Makes You Great
Education/Experience:
Min Bachelor Degree in Business/Engineering or related fields or equivalent education/work experience
At least 5 years of related experience
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience managing a team of technicians and engineers Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing new product manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards Experience with process validation and statistical process control Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing project requirements Ability to persevere in the face of adversity to meet project timelines
