As the Field Service Engineer, you will be based out of our Global Corporate Headquarters, and be part of a multidiscipline support team responsible for the successful performance of installed systems. You will also provide technical support and onsite training for the manufacturing plant’s personnel.
You Will:
Provide support both onsite and remotely for the repair of the industrial electromechanical systems
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC malfunctions and breakdowns
Responsible for the installation and calibration processes and integration into existing production lines
You Have:
2+ years of related experience with Electrical, Mechanical Field, or Machine Tool field
Ability to read and understand PLC/Ladder logic, programming preferred but not required Provide rotating phone support for production lines
Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes
