Emergency Services to join their dedicated team.

The Nurse Director of

Emergency Services will be leading a highly-skilled team ofhealthcareprofessionals that are committed to safe, patient-centered care. Thisorganization provides a wide array of services, including 24/7 Emergency Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Advanced Surgical Procedures, and Women’s Services.

The RN Director of Emergency Services can expect to join a system that has been recognized by The Joint Commission, American College of Cardiology and The World Health Organization for its exceptional care.

The

RN Director of

Emergency Serviceswill be responsible for the daily operations of the

Emergency Department, including Nurse Managers, Educators, Staff Nurses,PCTs. This

Emergency

Deparmtnetleader will ensure safe patient care practices, as well as maintain regulatory compliance and PI programs that evaluate care. This

Nurse Director of

Emergency Services will also manage the fiscal budget and ensure efficient allocation of financial resources. The

Nurse Director of

Emergency Servicesshould have a strong nurse management background and a commitment to improving care.

The ideal candidate will have:

2-3+ years of experience in Management

An extensive

ED background

A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
