Responsibilities

Strategize with assigned department hiring teams on recruitment, workforce planning, development, compensation and overall people effectiveness. Coach managers and provide input on employee relations and performance management, ensuring the process and practices are consistent.

Interpret and apply company HR policies, procedures and programs to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs. Monitor and foster employee development by helping identify needs and supporting training and learning initiatives. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field. 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Workday knowledge preferred. Available for travel to Uline's North American locations. Benefits
