Automotive Client Care Specialist

Herb Chambers Audi Burlington is seeking a full-time, self-motivated representative to join our dealership’s Internet Sales Department.

This position will be responsible for handling internet leads, inbound phone calls and customer retention.

Immediate Opening Available. No Automotive Experience Necessary

Job Responsibilities:

Explain to clients the characteristics, features, and equipment of competitive models

Managing internet and phone inquiries through dealership website and other online channels

Setting guest appointments for the sales department

Building relationships with clients to help close sales

Growing internet sales and expanding client base
