Some LPN responsibilities:-Collaborates with other members of the clinical support team to meet the clinical needs of the patient and monitor them-Consults with RNs on care plans-Documents appropriately in the electronic medical record-Delegate assignments to the team assigned to shift

Qualifications:-Must be an active Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts-Previous experience is a plus-Must be adaptable to change
