You’ll partner with departments around the store to ensure efficient department operations, successful event menus, and a seamless and positive pick-up or delivery experience for our customers.

Product (What We Do)Foster continuous learning and employee knowledge of products, e-commerce programs and fulfillment systems
Ensure orders filled are accurate, made to spec/order and appearance and quality meet our high standards
Maintain a simplified and organized department appearance, ensuring orders are handled carefully to reduce damaged goods and shrink
Educate and ensure team members properly handle products and equipment, keep accurate logs and follow food & human safety guidelines and Simplification 5

Customer (What We Believe)Ensure the team is proactively providing incredible knowledge-based service to customers, answering questions, providing solutions/suggestions, and helping customers select offerings and submit orders
Address escalated concerns and questions, responding with a sense of urgency and poise
Maintain open lines of communication with Department and Area Managers, and team members to ensure the most effective operations
Troubleshoot issues and solve operational challenges; escalate to manager or vendor, as needed
Results (What We Measure)Oversee department operations by coordinating activities, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with internal partners and vendors to resolve issues
Execute forecasting, scheduling and payroll management including approving availabilities, time off requests, etc.
Set, share and meet goals with the team (e.g. service, accuracy, fulfillment efficiency) to positively impact contribution
Proactively identify, make recommendations and execute process improvements
