SAP ABAP BODS – Senior Associate
Location:
Remote from Ashburn, VA
Duration:
Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Job Summary:
Work as an onsite lead and handling onshore/offshore team in terms of delegating duties, status tracking, handling and reporting
Analyze, design applications and convert business requirements into technical specifications. Document business, functional or non - functional requirements
Build business case justifications for the development and implementation of data management initiatives such as Master Data Governance and Master Data Management
Working in material master data workflows , Business rule framework, UI Design, derivations, duplicate data checks, and Rule-based Workflow (BRF PLUS)
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in regular meetings with client for the business requirement understanding and delivering them on time
Set up Change Request Management (Cha
RM), Solman, ITSM scenarios and Focused Build Knowledge
Work with Material, Product, Customer and Vendor master data in the context of SAP ERP and SAP MDG
Support the BPM team in onshore time as and as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience
Should have 10+ years of techno functional experience in applications such as SAP Data Management, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Data Services (BODS), and SAP Information Steward
At least 7 years of experience in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing an onsite/offshore delivery model
Strong knowledge in SAP MDG ABAP Workflows, BADI/BAPI
Experience in SAP Change Request Management (Cha
RM) and Solman
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
