Speech Pathologist
SUMMARY:
The Speech-Language Pathologist conducts evaluations and offers therapeutic interventions for patients experiencing communication and/or swallowing difficulties as a result of illness, accident, birth defect or developmental delay.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from ASHA accredited university
Acute care experience preferred, including experience gained from graduate level clinical externship; strong dysphagia evaluation and treatment skills.
NYS Speech-Language Pathologist license, NYS Limited License or license eligible
