Mail & Document Services - Postage Technician

Description:

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Mail Center is currently looking for a postage technician for a high volume mail inserter with in-line postal metering to ensure accurate postage is applied and mail meets USPS standard and corporate mailing standards mail through the postal machine mailing machine.

The pay rate for this position is $15.00 an hour. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Ready To:

process mail through mailing machines

perform mail runs as needed

fill out check repositions for postage to Accounting department

process personal mail for headquarters associates

monitor daily postage balance on vendor website

place service calls to vendors and maintains service logs online

Qualification:

Be Equipped With:

good to excellent attendance

good attention to detail

low error ratio

physically able to standsix-seven hours per day

physically able to lift tubs weighing approximately 30 pounds

You've Earned:High school diploma or GED required
