Director Regional Brokerage Sales Manager

Overview:

This position is responsible for regional sales of investment products and services. Manages a team of associates and monitors performance while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Develops sales and marketing strategies that increase production and revenue.

Coaches associates on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction in partnership with support and service teams. Provides leadership and personal oversight to the development of centers of influence, community partnership, and other sales outreach efforts.

Some flexibility to where this person can sit between Raleigh and Eastern North Carolina. Responsibilities:

Sales Oversight - Manages the sales of investment products and services within a region. Directs sales outreach and marketing efforts, and monitors regional production. Provides advice on client acquisition and servicing.

Business Strategy - Develops strategic business plans that aim to achieve sales goals and enhance operating efficiencies. Builds relationships with business partners to encourage a strong referral network. Collaborates with other regional leadership on aligning sales strategies with wider business objectives and ensuring a seamless transition between sales, service, and support teams.

Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and regional goals and budget objectives. Monitors compliance, operational policies, procedures, while identifying efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.

Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development and actively recruiting talent.

Business Support - Leads or manages special projects within the region. Creates reports to deliver insight into sales operations and performance for senior leadership. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Securities Sales, including Sales management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Securities Sales, including Sales management

License or Certification Type:

Possess valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 24 or 9/10 and state-specific life and health insurance licenses Required
