Job Summary:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a

Genesys Routing Developercandidate with minimum 5 years of experience.

Location:

Remote. Candidates should be in the USA.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Description and Qualifications include:

• Routing Development Experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel).
• Configuration management tools.
• Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer.
• Experience in designing, developing, and debugging routing solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine and URS.
• Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel components.
• Ability to architect routing design and development for the customer.
• Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment.
