Salary Range:
$21 - $26 per hour, based on experience.

On-Call
Restoration Supervisoris afirst responderin emergency fire and water property loss situations and isthe second position of understanding, organizing, and directing on-site activities. These activities shall lead to the skillful completion of an assigned task within the scope, budget, and schedule.
The On-Call Restoration Supervisor reports to the Project Manager.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible forthe efficiency and progress ofmostday-to-dayfield operations.
Work with the construction Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
Work with the Project
Manager to createand executethe construction schedule.
Assist with the daily planning and activity at the project site.
Conducts safety toolbox talks and compliance with Blu
Sky safety policies.
Ensures construction crews have the equipment and material needed to perform work.
Ensures the quality of construction and restoration work being performed meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards.
Has an awareness ofthe safety and protection of building occupantsand workers on the worksite at all times.
Completes inspections of work progress and verifies completion.
Maintain daily documentation of construction and restorationactivities,moisture logs,communications,and equipment.
Provide prompt solutions to anychangesor issues that ariseon a project.
Communicateclearly withthe Project Manager, Project
Director,and thecustomer regarding anycurrentand relevantprojectconditions, as necessary.
Provide the highest level of customer service.
Strict adherence to all company Best Practices,safety,and legal requirements
Report any/all job site accidents tothe Blu
Sky Safety Consultant, Project Manager, and
Human Recourses.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold)is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Excellent communicator, bothverbally and written.
Understanding of
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
The ability to work with peopleprofessionally is required.
Ability to encourage and motivate people to ensure high productivity.
Maintain flexibility in the schedulein the event of unavoidable delaysor project changes, as needed.
Demonstrates excellentleadership qualities.
Ability to execute quality control/assurance.
Maintains a valid and current driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
Availability for travel in response toout-of-townprojects and/or catastrophic events.
Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
