WHAT YOU WILL DO:?

Keep a close eye on swimmers in the wave pool, lazy river, and many exciting water attractions.

Act as a first responder and jump in the water to keep guests safe.

Assist guests in and out of rafts and cycle through the line efficiently.

Calculate the proper dispatch interval between rides.

Provide guest with a safe and enjoyable ride experience.

Keep ride patios and midways clean and looking great.

Practices, supports, maintains, and enforces a total safety culture.?

Performs all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the Aquatics Department and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown.

Removing trash and debris both behind the scenes and in Guest’s view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment.???

Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our water slides.

Will complete and maintain Ellis and Associates training and certification.

Understand basic rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR.

Strong attention to detail, not easily distracted, and commitment to safety.

Positive attitude to make guests excited about their ride or swim.

Must react well in stressful and emergency situations.

WHAT YOU NEED:?

Must be 15 years or older

Must be able to swim 50-200 yards

Special Facility will need to retrieve a 10-pound brick from the bottom of a pool, tread a water for two minutes.

A clear commitment to total safety, and a strong, safe background.?

Adhere to Park Attendance Policy as stated in the Six Flags Seasonal Handbook.?

The availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.?

The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in various weather conditions to include extreme heat and sun.?

Current or the ability to obtain an E&A Special Facilities license.?
