Job Summary
This position is responsible for the implementation and project management of marketing campaigns and the support of the design and development of marketing plans and campaigns. They will work with the marketing team to support channels that deliver the best ROI.
They will be responsible for managing requests from the field and effectively communicating with internal and external partners.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for the implementation and project management of digital, online, and email marketing campaigns
Support the creation and maintenance of website content
Support the development of marketing campaigns
Support the creation of marketing materials, content, presentations, sales tools for internal and external use
Manage requests from the field and effectively communicate with partners
Responsible for brand assets; coordination with the design team to develop marketing materials
Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.
A. /B.S.) in Business, Marketing or Communications related field from four-year college or university and two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training in communications, marketing, and/or brand management or specific related marketing and business experience.
Marketing or agency experience preferred
Healthcare experience a plus.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, partners and customers.
Builds partnerships with related departments or functions to enhance efficiency and execution
Computer Skills
Experience with Hubspot and Hubspot reporting
Experience with content management systems (CMS) preferred—Word
Press, etc. or similar tools
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Power
Point and Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of digital asset management systems, Google Analytics, or other Marketing tools and platforms

Compensation
$55,600 - $73,000
