As the brand market ambassador for Integrity, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, consulting and closing new business each week and month in your market.
Our successful Branch Manager willgenerate new leads through marketing calls, visits and networking; analyze prospective clients’ needs and customize ideal strategic recruitment and staffing solutions; are self-motivated and accountable to meeting sales metrics and quotas and make a professional difference in the market you serve.

What you’ll do:
Set and attend sales appointments with key decision makers who hire at prospective client companies
Develop, write and present solutions based proposed services
Lead and manage a team of recruiting staff to fill all client hiring needs while meeting all internal and client compliance
Support, implement and execute strategic marketing and communications plans, driving consumer engagement and awareness of the Integrity brand
Grow revenue to help support the organization’s goals
Conduct and attend local networking and marketing events to generate additional leads and referrals
Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle and account management
Achieve the required monthly quotas and new account goals
Your Credentials:
Minimum of 5+ years of B2
B sales experience, Staffing Industry experience preferred.
Experience in managing a team of hourly or salaried staff
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with hiring managers, business owners, presidents and CEO’s.
A proven history of meeting/exceeding sales quota and objectives.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary; we’ll consider the right experience over a degree.
