One Stop Operator Coordinator

United Auto Workers, (UAW) Labor Employment and Training

The UAW is seeking to fill two positions for a One Stop Operator Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for establishing and building relationships within Kansas City and Vicinity while connecting job seekers to the coaching and training resources necessary for a successful job seeking experience.

The One Stop Operator Coordinator will work internally and directly under the supervision of the Full Employment Council Functional leader in the Northland (3100 NE 83rd Street, KCMO and Central City (1740 Paseo KCMO) locations.

GED or High School Degree, College degree preferred. Three months experience working in Employment Service environment, such as recruiting, human resources, temporary agency, employment service agency and/or involved with the hiring of individuals for an agency or company.

Computer skills are essential, (Microsoft Word, Power

Point, Excel and Outlook).

Both positions must pass a background check and must have reliable transportation and auto
