BACK COUNTER PARTS COUNTERPERSON:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Back Counter Parts Counterperson, you will assist the Service Department and be the go-to person when they are needing parts for repairs on equipment. Every day you will locate and price parts, build your parts knowledge base, and ensure the Service Department gets all the parts support they need.

You will also help keeps the warehouse organized and help out at the front counter. To thrive in this role, you must be excellent at maintaining relationships, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working on a winning team.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Self-motivation and assertive drive.

Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and in person, in an effort to sell company parts and other services.

Parts Department and invoicing experience preferred.

Above-average organizational skills.

Excellent computer skills, including with Microsoft Office Suites and the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts. (Training is available)

Compensation:

$20-30/hr (Depending on Experience)
