Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between$[50

K to 80

K]depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Required Skills:

Good Knowledge in Tidal scheduler

To Handle Service request, Incident & Change

Knowledge in Window and Linux (Level 1 support)

Alert Monitoring & Resolution

Coordination of issue resolution - Internal and external

Basic Knowledge in scripting

Good Communication, taking ownership and attention to details

Knowledge in DR/SNOW is added advantage
