Culinary Operations Manager

Be an integral part of the healing process by ensuring food quality, service, safety, and sanitation are provided for all patients or residents. Lead a goal-oriented team to create an environment that is effective and productive, and that takes pride in delivering quality service every time.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect

Demonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer satisfaction through communication, integrity, and performance

Take action and provide excellent customer service to correct any issues that occur

Support team member recruiting, training, development, scheduling, and assignments

Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members

Manage and monitor all department sales and costs

Effective written, spoken, and non-verbal communication as well as presentation skills

Requirements6+ months of experience in a supervisory role

Knowledge of healthcare food service operations

Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms

Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities

Not Required But a Big Plus

Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
