CRS Support/Education Specialist I Position Summary:
Focused on delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new ADP 401(k) clients and their active employees by providing enrollment and driving 401(k) plan participation. Responsible for providing enrollment support, driving usage into our virtual webcast offerings, and ensuring enrollments prior to 401(k) plan start date.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*Provide enrollment support to new 401(k) plans.
- Review client detail and early assessment of client needs with Implementation Manager and Sales Associate.*Create and order enrollment kits, presentations, and other marketing collateral.*Obtain 401(k) plan enrollments prior to plan start date.*Drive usage into virtual educational webcasts through scheduling and/or communication efforts.*Increase 401(k) plan participation.*Maintain knowledge of all retirement services product lines and stays current on new and existing 401(k) legislation.
Education & Certification Requirements:*1 year of experience working in a client service/customer service environment.*Customer service background *Ability to prioritize and set schedule.*Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
