Our client, a global provider in fluid reprocessing management,is seeking a Mechanical Piping Designerto join their team. The Mechanical Piping Designer is responsible for designing processing systems. They draft plans and drawings used in the construction and layout of recycling systems.
The Mechanical Piping Designer works closely with process engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers.

$65,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
Work with Process Engineering to develop all required drawings (including
Piping and Instrumentation drawings, Process Layout drawings, steel structural drawings and 3
D-models)
Work with Process Engineering and Electrical Engineering to include equipment specifications to PID attributes
May visit customer sites to get or verify field measurements
Complete all work within our ISO:9001 guidelines
Self-checking of the drawing before submission to checker
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Associate's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
Advanced Auto
CAD skills
Experience with drafting of intelligent P&IDs in Smart Plant or similar P&ID software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project
Experience with field piping design in chemical, petrochemical, process, or operational facilities
