Desert. This Center deliversproventreatments for eating disorders and provides personalized and medically advanced care for those to overcome eating disorders. Treatments are conducted in a warm and intimate setting. There is a high staff-to-client ratio and an emphasis on specialized treatment and therapy.

This Medical Director MD will be joining a 40+patient bed treatment center that has adopted a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to treating patients with anorexianervosa, bulimianervosa, and binge eating disorders, as well as co-occurring addictions and disorders.

The Medical Director MD will lead a team of trained therapists, clinical nurses, social workers, psychiatrists, and psychologists to ensure that inpatient and outpatient screenings, crisis intervention services, and nursing assessments are administered in an accurate and patient-oriented manner.

Qualifications of this Board-Certified Medical Director include a Medical Degree from an accredited program, an unrestricted license to practice, a

BLS, and prior experience. Responsibilities include psychotropic medication management, provide discharge planning, administrative tasks, maintaining and track progress, and upholding compliance.
