Position Responsibilities

Perform in-depth compensation analysis for US, Canada and Mexico locations to provide recommendations to HR and business leadership. Evaluate job descriptions, internal data and market data to formulate salary recommendations for new hires, promotions or internal equity reviews.

Support annual merit and bonus compensation reviews including user training and support, data inquiries and reports for management. Partner with HR and managers to provide guidance on compensation-related matters including salary structures, job architecture and pay recommendations.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. 2 years of experience in an HR or analytical role preferred. PHR or CCP certification a plus. Experience in Salary. com Comp
